Hey there Chandana, you’re quite welcome 🙂

Brands are only allowed on my lists if they are certified Cruelty-Free by Cruelty-Free International, which means they undergo random supply-chain audits to ensure that they are in fact cruelty-free (more information click here). I have also checked the ingredients of all products and when in doubt, messaged companies directly to make sure they are 100% vegan and don’t use animal products. Of course, things can and do change and I do my best to keep all my lists updated on a regular basis.

I started making and maintaining these lists almost 10 years ago when I started Vegan Rabbit because other lists were too lenient and I felt I couldn’t trust them. My lists are the only ones I, and now many others trust.

But, I would also like to know that, how can I trust that these brands are the appropriate ones to trust in the current articles/brands you have suggested that are vegan and cruelty free?
